Finance and Admin Specialist

Purpose:
Support and administer all finance, leasing, and related solutions for farm and construction equipment dealers.
Responsibilities:
▪ Represents the company on all finance, leasing, and related solutions
▪ Provides dealers with finance and leasing solutions appropriate to each deal
▪ Follows a process of timely response to dealer needs
▪ Assists in developing additional dealer finance solutions
▪ Assists in delivering timely and accurate paperwork to dealers
▪ Delivers value to all other staff by assisting in organization, record keeping, report development, and more
▪ Maintains record of all dealer communications through CRM system
▪ Maintains and develops customer information
▪ Assists director and other staff in delivering, recording, and organizing dealer agreements and preferences
▪ Performs monthly reporting duties
▪ Identifies opportunities for additional dealer solutions
▪ Assists in the development and growth of our customer base
▪ Achieves goals as determined by the team
▪ Attends appropriate dealer or industry conferences and events
▪ Attends applicable training events
▪ Always interacts in a pleasant and respectful manner with customers and other employees
▪ Performs other duties as assigned
Experience, Education, and Skills:
▪ Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in business or finance and/or 5+ years related experience
▪ General knowledge of the agricultural and construction equipment industry
▪ General knowledge of finance products
▪ Basic business, accounting, and math skills
▪ Strong computer skills including being proficient in typing and general use of Microsoft Office products, internet, and more
▪ Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
▪ Excellent organization skills
▪ Ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret basic business reports
Other Requirements:
▪ Must pass a pre-employment background study
▪ Must be able to work flexible hours (on occasion)
▪ Must be able to travel (on occasion)
